Education – Academic Background
Marios Grigoriou is a graduate of the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he studied from 2020 to 2026 and obtained his Medical Degree with an “Excellent” grade. During his studies, he completed extensive clinical training at leading university and public hospitals in Athens, gaining experience across a broad range of medical specialties. His clinical training was undertaken at Hippokration General Hospital of Athens, Attikon University General Hospital, Alexandra General Hospital, Aretaieio Hospital, Sotiria General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases, KAT General Hospital, Eginition Hospital and Agia Kyriakou Children’s Hospital. As part of his clinical training, he participated in medical history taking, clinical examination, the monitoring of hospitalised patients and the daily activities of clinical departments under the supervision of qualified physicians.

Marios Grigoriou has a particular interest in clinical medicine, comprehensive patient assessment and care, and the management of complex clinical cases. His professional goals include the continuous development of his clinical skills through everyday medical practice, with emphasis on responsibility, professional consistency, multidisciplinary teamwork and the provision of high-quality, patient-centred care.
Scientific and Research Work
Through his education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and his clinical exposure to a variety of hospital environments, Marios Grigoriou has developed a strong foundation in clinical assessment and the application of the principles of contemporary medical practice. He holds an ECDL certification and has excellent computer and office software skills. Greek is his native language, and he has a very good command of English. Current Position
Since August 2026, dr Marios Grigoriou has been working as a Physician in the Accident & Emergency Department (A&E) at the Mediterranean Hospital of Cyprus, participating in the assessment and management of emergency cases and providing immediate medical care as part of the Department’s multidisciplinary team.
