Christos Kampolis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Christos Kampolis graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in 1990.<br \/>\nHe specialized in the Therapeutic Clinic of NKUA and the 1st Cardiology Clinic of the General Hospital of Nikaia-Piraeus, where he obtained his specialization in Cardiology (1999).<br \/>\nHe then specialized in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the University Hospital of Rio \u2013 Patras, where he obtained his specialization in Intensive Care (2002).<\/p>\n<p>He has attended specialized training programs such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training program in Diving &#8211; Hyperbaric Medicine (1991)<\/li>\n<li>ATLS, Aeromedical Transportation, Pre-hospital Emergency Medicine, Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition, Techniques for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in the ICU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, he has participated in Greek and International Medical Conferences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greek Cardiology Society, Greek Society of Intensive Care Medicine, European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM), ISICEM (Brussels), and the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He has also contributed to the writing of a Scientific Textbook (2009).<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his medical career, he has developed notable teaching and educational work in the fields of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, and Intensive Care at the University Hospital of Patras and Frederick University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>He has worked in ICUs in both the private and public sectors in Athens (Euroclinic of Athens and Evgenidion Hospital \u2013 NKUA).<\/p>\n<p>Since 2016, he has been continuously working at our Hospital.<br \/>\nHe is the Director of the ICU at the Mediterranean Hospital of Cyprus and the Director of Medical
