Dr. Sotiris Vasileiou began his career in 1994 at the Special Diseases Hospital as a Specialized Pathologist until 1995. From 1995 to 1996, he worked at the General Hospital “G. Gennimatas” as a resident in Pathology. In 1997, he worked at the Panagia Hospital as a Nephrology Resident until 1998. From 1998 to 2001, he was employed at the University Hospital AHEPA as a Neurology Resident. From 2002 to 2003, he served in the Rural Service as a Rural Doctor, and in 2003, he worked as a Specialist Nephrologist at the Kilkis Hospital.
From 2004 to 2016, he worked at the General Hospital of Edessa as a Specialist Nephrologist. In 2016, he served as the Director of the Artificial Kidney Unit at the General Hospital of Edessa until 2021. Since 2022, he has been the Director of the Nephrology Department at the Mediterranean Hospital of Cyprus.
