Dr. Ntea Ntilo, Anesthesiologist, graduated from the prestigious Anavryta High School in Maroussi, Athens in 2004, after which she was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
During her studies, she developed a keen interest in the neurophysiology of pain and began collaborating as an assistant physician in the Headache Clinic at the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki “AHEPA” in 2012. She also worked as a Scientific Associate in the Neurophysiological Control Laboratory at the same hospital. After completing her medical degree in 2013, Dr. Ntilo continued her collaboration with both departments at the hospital and worked as a general physician in a large company in the tourism sector.
In September 2014, she moved to Athens to start her training in Anesthesiology at the General Hospital of Athens “Evangelismos.” During her training, she also gained experience in Obstetric Anesthesia at the “Alexandra” General Hospital, Pediatric Anesthesia at the “Agia Sophia” Children’s Hospital, Intensive Care at the 251 General Air Force Hospital, and Pain Management (Algology) at the Hippocratio Hospital in Athens. In 2020, after successfully completing exams, she received her title in Anesthesiology and continued to work at “Evangelismos” as a specialist physician under an extension of her training. During this extension, she gained valuable experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Transplants, and she actively participated in numerous cases in both scheduled and emergency settings.
Alongside her training in Anesthesiology, Dr. Ntilo completed a Master’s Program in Organization & Management of Palliative & Supportive Care for Chronically Ill Patients at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, receiving her postgraduate diploma in 2021. Her research interests, combined with her medical practice and high emotional intelligence, led her to study the relationship between trauma and surgical intervention, a topic she focused on for her thesis.
Additionally, Dr. Ntilo specialized in the application of Medical Acupuncture, attending seminars from 2015-2017 at the Acupuncture Society of Northern Greece, where she obtained her Medical Acupuncture diploma. From 2018 to 2019, she participated in a Continuing Education Program for Physicians in Prehospital Emergency Medicine (EPi-EKKA).
In September 2021, Dr. Ntilo moved to Limassol and worked as an Anesthesiologist at Polyclinic Ygeia. Since October 2022, she has been working in the Anesthesiology Department at the Mediterranean Hospital of Cyprus.
